Endless Rampage Highway
A build-along that builds an endless overhead highway from the real BabylonJS Market components: a road made from a seed, car handling with real slide, a look-ahead camera, HDR daylight that turns to night, a seeded forest, box crashes that spin the car, traffic that is always there, headlights, and sparks with camera shake.
What We Will Cover
- A road that is a pure function of a seed: ask it about any metre, in any order, and get the same answer
- Car handling where the nose and the momentum are two different things, and grip joins them
- HDR sky photos that turn with the sun, and a sun that hands over to the moon without a pop
- Box crashes that spin a car from a corner hit, solved the way a physics engine does it
